Project: FRONT OFFICE RENOVATION

The previous office front desk had an oppressive feeling due to the large floor-to-ceiling cabinets, and the wall coverings and discolored posters were giving the impression that the company was tired of running the office, creating a gloomy atmosphere throughout the building. The clients themselves were unable to talk calmly in their offices, and often ended up just standing around talking to each other. We felt that it was essential to create a bright office first.

The client's high ceilings were brought to the forefront, and cabinets that were not being utilized for their functionality were removed. The space was made to look differently, creating a sense of openness and comfort.
The wall paint is not pure white, which tends to be cold, but a slight lime green as an image color was chosen to welcome guests with the spirit of Aloha.
The entranceway was poorly air-conditioned considering the Hawaiian climate, so we installed ceiling fans to make it more comfortable for our guests.
We succeeded in creating a warm and elegant entrance to the company with a low budget, functionality, and a sophisticated design. Our goal is to welcome our clients with the spirit of Aloha, which in turn leads to business prosperity. Our mission is to provide the one and only face of the company.

以前のオフィスフロントは備えつきの大きなfloor-to-ceiling cabinet" の圧迫感とお座なりになっていた壁の張り紙や、変色したポスターなどが会社運営の疲れを感じさせて、全体が陰気な雰囲気に包まれていました。お客様自身もオフィスで落ちついて話す事も出来ず、立ち話しで済ませるということが度々だったという事。まずは明るいオフィス作りが必須と感じました。

高い天井の良い点を前面に押し出し、機能性が活かされていなかったキャビネットを撤去。見違える程、開放感と心地良い空間を作る事が出来ました。
壁のペイントをアロハの心でお客様を迎えたいという希望で、冷たくなりがちな真っ白ではなく、わずかにライムグリーンの入ったペイントをイメージカラーとして選びました。
ハワイの気候を考慮して、空調の悪かった玄関をシーリングファンを設置する事で、お客様に快適な時間を提供する事にしました。
予算を抑えながら、機能性と洗練されたデザインの効果で品の良い温かな会社の玄関を作る事に成功しました。アロハの精神でお客様を迎え、それをビジネスの繁栄に繋げる事が私達のゴールです。唯一無二の会社の顔を提供する事をミッションとしています。
