By keeping the bathtub, which was in good condition, we succeeded in reducing the construction cost and maintaining the value of the unit.
The entire room is colorless and simple in design to create a sense of depth and spaciousness.
The use of the same material for the walls and the floor leading to the kitchen allowed us to upgrade both the cost reduction and the sophisticated design.

コンディションが良かったバスタブを残す事で、施工費の大幅な削減と、ユニットバリューを保持する事に成功しました。
全体を無彩色で統一し、シンプルなデザインにまとめる事で、奥行きと広さを感じさせる事を可能にしました。
壁とキッチンに続く床を同素材の使用によって、コストの激減と洗練されたデザインの双方をアップグレードさせることが出来ました。
